order to process mutual transactions correctly, you agree to receive our

Return or
exchange of ordered goods
Returns of our products are only possible
if quality problems are found.
However, if
your desire to return the product is due to its quality characteristics, you
can replace this product with another using our courier.
If you mistakenly ordered a product of the same product
group, but of a different brand and want to replace it with the one you like
better, then in such cases you will be charged the difference in prices for the
goods, if any, and if you wish to use the delivery service, also the delivery
amount, if the above occurrence is due to an error on our part, then you will
only be charged the difference in prices of the goods, if any, and not the
delivery fee.
Website
responsibility
An order
placed on the MASRENIFARM.AM website represents an offer made by you to the
Store to purchase and receive any product through delivery. An offer will be
deemed accepted if we send you an order confirmation email containing all the
details of your order. This email is considered a contract signed between the
Website and you.
From the
moment of delivery the goods are under your control and the Company does not
bear any responsibility for its quality or integrity.
The store is not responsible for failure to
fulfill or delay in fulfilling its obligations if this occurs for reasons
beyond our control.
